Welcome to Lakeside Pro Services LLC. By accessing our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. We provide mobile expertise for your RV, Watercraft, Home, and technical needs directly at your location. All services are subject to scheduling and availability within our 50-mile service radius from Indian Lake, Ohio.
Payment terms are established at the time of quote/proposal. Lakeside Pro Services LLC is committed to providing high-quality maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and precision in every task. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to better serve our customers and maintain operational excellence.
Lakeside Pro Services LLC – Customer Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 05/07/2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services performed by Lakeside Pro Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By scheduling service, approving an estimate/proposal, or signing an invoice, you (“Customer”) agree to the following:
1. Services:
We provide mobile diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation services at your location. Work is performed based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service.
2. Rates, Fees & Payment:
Minimum Charge: 1-hour minimum labor per visit

Labor Rate: $90/hour
Call-Out/Travel Fees: Applied based on distance beyond 25 miles ($125 per site visit)
Payment Due: Immediately upon completion of service
Accepted Payments: Cash, card, or approved digital methods

A processing fee may apply to card and digital payments
Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service and/or collection action.
3. Labor Warranty (Workmanship Only):
We provide a limited labor warranty covering workmanship only.

Warranty period: 30 day

Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed.
This warranty does not cover:

Part failures
-
New or unrelated issues
-
Misuse, neglect, or environmental damage

Warranty service is performed at our discretion and does not include refunds.

Trip/call-out fee may still apply for warranty visits.
4. Parts Policy (No Parts Warranty):
We do not warranty any parts.

All parts are covered only by the manufacturer, if a warranty exists.
The Customer is responsible for:

Verifying warranty coverage

Handling all manufacturer warranty claims
-
Labor to replace defective parts is not covered unless directly related to a labor workmanship issue.
5. Customer-Supplied Parts:
We will install customer-provided parts upon request.

No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incompatible parts
-
Defective or damaged parts
Additional labor required due to improper parts.
All additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Saturdays at 1.5X / Sundays at 2X
6. No RV Warranty Work:
We do not perform any RV warranty work, including:

Factory warranties
-
Dealership warranties
-
Extended or third-party warranties
All services are customer-pay only.
We do not contact or work with warranty providers.
7. No Insurance Billing:
We do not work directly with insurance companies.

Customers are responsible for full payment at time of service.

Receipts can be provided for customer-submitted claims.
8. Diagnostics Disclaimer:
Diagnostics are based on accessible conditions at the time of service.
Additional problems may be discovered during or after repair.
We are not responsible for hidden, pre-existing, or unrelated issues.
9. Return Trip Policy:
If a return visit is required for the same issue, a reduced call-out fee may apply.
If the issue is unrelated, a full call-out fee and standard labor rates apply.
10. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Consequential or incidental damages
-
Loss of use of RV or property
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
11. Customer Responsibilities:
Provide safe and clear access to the RV/Property.
Ensure necessary utilities (power, water, etc.) are available if required.
Secure pets and ensure a safe work environment.
12. Cancellations & No-Shows:
24-hour notice is requested for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
13. Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

Conditions are unsafe

Customer is uncooperative or abusive
-
Work is outside our scope or capability
14. Agreement: By scheduling service or signing an invoice, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
